May has a strong background in business and digital transformation and had held both global and regional roles as Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Operations Officer (COO), Senior Client-facing Executive, and Management Consulting. She has worked across several industries and worked in US, UK, Japan, Greater China Regions and Singapore. Currently, May is the Global Vice President and Division Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Jabil, world 3rd largest manufacturing organisation based in US. She leads the digital transformation journey within the Division and is responsible for spear heading key transformation programs using technology, systems, and analytics as the key transformation enablers. She is involved in orchestrating and transforming the Division towards a Smart / Cognitive and digitized Organisation aligned to Industry 4.0 and leading the architecture re-design of the IT footprint so as to be cloud and mobile enabled and creating a new digital model within. In advanced analytics and digitization space, May is working with corporate officers and business leaders to utilize big data and sentiment analysis to drive for smarter and innovative decisions in the area of supply chain management, business and financial analysis, and day-to-day operational matters coupled with data visualization tools and dashboards. Prior to joining the current company, May was the Global Vice President with IBM and had held several key senior leadership positions within the company. Her core competency is in strategy formulation and process transformation through using technology as key enablers.
