Cristina leads Insights and Analytics for the Healthy Essentials brand at Johnson & Johnson as well as Beauty Shopper Insights. Cristina’s contributions to J&J include creating a robust cross-purchase analysis that supported the move to a more sophisticated CRM personalization strategy as well as influencing intelligent sampling and informing SEO to drive coupon consumption and acquisition strategies on Google and Amazon. She also championed groundbreaking Trip Mission research across North America from insights to activation that led to 13 work-sessions, +100 ideas and +10 strategic bodies of work including new product launches and toolkits. She has a B.S. in Marketing and International Business from Manhattan College and a MBA from NYU Stern.
