Kevin leads user experience for customer loyalty at Gap Inc and leads product for QReview, a consumer feedback startup targeting demographic inclusion. His career as an end-to-end product designer has included leading customer research and design for teams at Chase, Capital One, the US Federal Reserve Bank, the Brookings Institution, George Washington University, at Uber hackathons, and more. He’s a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), User Experience Professional Association (UXPA), and more. He speaks on how to use human-centered design and design thinking principles to ethically and efficiently create commercially viable products with loyal customers. He’s been a speaker and mentor for Georgetown University, AIGA, Innovation Enterprise, And he’s only 23.
