Ian leds analytics functions for the last 12 years, across Credit Risk and Customer strategy functions in Finance and Retail. In my current role, I’m responsible for all analytical and research functions in World Vision Australia. World Vision are the largest Not For Profit aid charity in Australia, with a revenue of approximately $350m per year. We’re building our analytics capability from the ground up over the last 12 months, and I’ve stood up a small data science team, who are focused on using our data better to drive increased ROI on marketing and other supporter communications.
