Alex Stein is the Director of Marketing & Social Media Analytics at Marriott International and a member of Forrester’s Consumer Insights Council. Prior to this role, Alex was the Manager of Social Media & Brand Intelligence at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., which was acquired by Marriott in September 2016 to create the world’s largest hotel company. His research focuses on customer journey analysis, voice of customer and social CRM.
