Glenn believes passionately that creativity drives progress and the role of business is to create a better world. He has a special interest in how brands with true purpose and sustainable principles at their core drive long-term competitive advantage. He began his career as a 21-year-old at Saatchi & Saatchi managing strategy for Proctor & Gamble business across Europe. He later moved client side and has worked for three of the most strategic organisations on the planet - Nestle, Unilever and Coca-Cola. In his spare time, you’ll find Glenn sailing or on his stand up paddleboard hunting the next wave.
