Morgan Gallup Zhu is the Asia-Pacific Director of Business Development at Moravia RWS. After 6 years of working with clients across Asia, Morgan understands the challenges that global organizations are facing to provide high quality translations and to localize their websites and customer facing communications. She previously managed the APAC operations of Moravia and has a deep understanding of best practices that US IT companies use to manage their translation and localization processes. Moravia’s Nanjing production hub has 170 staff members who are part of the global teams that support Moravia’s Fortune 500 customers. Morgan speaks Mandarin and lives in Nanjing, China. She has been based in Nanjing since 2007 when she started developing programs for multinational corporations such as Ford, Trend Micro and Emerson with the aim of improving their Chinese team’s virtual collaboration skills. Morgan is originally from the state of Michigan in the United States. She launched the China Chapter of Women in Localization in 2015 which currently has 200 members across China.
