Piers is responsible for the Museum’s customer facing digital content, products and marketing. He is tasked with building a first-class digital function, ensuring that the right people, practices, processes and structures are in place to facilitate rapid and scalable delivery of high-quality digital products globally. The ultimate objective for the role is to ensure that the Natural History Museum delivers a world class digital customer experience in support of its vision. Prior to joining the museum Piers held senior digital roles at Amazon Video and Guardian News & Media. His background is in Product Management, digital media and digital strategy.
