WHO CARES? Rethinking performance to grow engagement, people and a healthy culture from the inside out.

Imagine a culture of pausing, a culture where instead of running on survival mode to keep up, instead we encourage people to stop, listen, notice... what could change?

For companies to survive the future of work it is essential to change from a culture running on stress and burnout to a healthy culture, that is supportive and inclusive our diverse human needs at work. By cultivating A Culture of Care™ we fuel performance and engagement from the inside out, by understanding what truly drives our choices and giving people the tools to take better care of themselves AT work. Because our most important resource for sustainable success in the future is our humanity.

Take Aways:

1. Why we have to change the way we work to change from a culture running on stress and driven by survival mode, to a culture that is not just people-centric, but also encourages self-care AT work in order to achieve optimal performance, engagement and innovation.
2. How integrating our human needs at work is essential for reclaiming our health, happiness and humanity at work, and create both sustainable personal and organizational growth and success.
3. How a Culture of Care™ is not only a strategic choice for peak-performance, talent retention and sustainable success, but also the framework for a culture that is based on self-leadership, engagement, fulfillment and the key to taking charge of our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing at work.

It’s the tech that makes great teams - it’s the teams that make great tech: a Cisco story

When Cisco started a workplace transformation program in 2012, it had nearly 80,000 staff across 479 offices in 94 countries. Many worked in dispersed digital teams that needed a good technological backbone to thrive. Mark will outline the technology Cisco introduced and the difference it has made, including a 17% increase in employee engagement and workplace satisfaction, a 15% increase in work/life balance and $806m incremental productivity through mobile devices and applications.
