Stephen is a Data Scientist in the Customer Data & Loyalty Team at Tesco. He works closely with the Digital Marketing Team utilising data to inform marketing strategy and create personalised customer journeys. His work focuses on the application of data driven insights, algorithm development and predictive models to create relevant and helpful customer communications at scale. Prior to joining Tesco he held a number of data science and consulting roles with digital and media organisations working with C-level executives in Europe, the Middle East & South East Asia. Stephen holds a PhD in Physics from Imperial College London.
