As Director of Culinary R&D at CSSU, Molly truly shines as she perfects the art of taking concepts from the initial development stage to commercial reality.  In 2012, Molly returned to the Chicago suburbs to open The Noodle Market, an independent restaurant concept that won the Wilmette Chamber of Commerce’s Innovator of the Year award. At CSSI, Molly’s innovation goals for our clients center on menu optimization and operational efficiency for all the operators we interact with.
