At Rabobank, Tejal is the Head Business Development and Innovation for the corporate and institutional business in North America. Her areas of oversight at Rabobank include strategy and business planning, digital innovation and fintech partnerships, food and agribusiness innovation platforms, marketing & communications, and sustainable business development. Prior to Rabobank, Tejal spent many years at the financial services consultancy, Oliver Wyman, both in New York and London. At Oliver Wyman, she advised the world’s leading banks, payments companies, and wealth managers on strategy, operations, and risk management. She also held leadership roles at Oliver Wyman in talent management and corporate development, and was the Global Head of Marketing for the financial services business. Over the course of her consulting career, Tejal worked and served clients in North America, Europe, and Asia. Tejal graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in the U.S. with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. She obtained her MBA from Harvard Business School, where she published a case study on organizational behavior and self-managed teams that is still taught in the MBA first-year curriculum.
