Amy Logan co-founded and sold the first online knowledgebase for the health care supply chain. Since then, she has dedicated herself to empowering women globally, most recently as President of the Board of the US National Committee for UN Women San Francisco Bay Area and Founder & CEO of Gender Innovation, a consulting firm that helps organizations integrate gender equality into their cultures and systems. Amy is also an expert speaker on women’s issues for the U.S. State Department; award-winning producer of “The Price of Honor” film, and author of the acclaimed novel The Seven Perfumes of Sacrifice about the origins of "honor killing" in the Middle East. She has presented her work at the US Capitol, UN Foundation, Oxford University, World Affairs Council, and TEDxSacramento, among others. She is developing a mobile app to empower women and girls globally called Feisty.
